Itsapark is a multi-brand shop curating sustainably-driven products and services covering beauty, living, clothing, wellness, pre-owned, rental, and beyond. It is a venture within the H&M Group and part of a family of brands driven by a mutual mission to offer great design and services to everyone while also making it easier to live in a more circular way. Shortly after its launch, the marketplace was established as the go-to address for sustainable purchase decisions in Germany. The one of a kind concept convinces with a selection of hand-picked products presented towards a clearly defined target audience who wants to make a clever choice when consuming. This very well carved out USP makes it easy to communicate the message of the shopping offering to the audience. Itsapark managed to create momentum by focussing on the importance and urgency of collaboration in order to make change happen.
How they do it
Itsapark utilised the full customisation potential of Tipser and shows how flexible and modular the technology can be used. Itsapark decided to implement a hybrid solution and are using both Tipser Elements and Tipser API. With this combination, it was possible to not only build the frontend themselves but also embed all e-commerce modules on their site without rendering parts of the funnel in a pop-up. This enables Itsapark to offer its audience a maximum of nativeness when buying products. Even though the implementation is very intuitive, we recommend having a dedicated tech team involved to guarantee a smooth project flow.
